Then, we bring our own experience to the discussion (similar or comparable matter) and imagine
how to best solve our client’s issue.
A constructive back and forth exchange with our client lasts until a tested concept is endorsed: a
concrete project has taken shape.

GS perform the Project Enabling phase of the work, designed to structure and complete
a sovereign / public investment, including finding funding if needed.

Signature of supply contracts

The second phase carried out by GS is the Program Management whereby the project is
performed, directed, controlled and reported upon.
